各村经济发展用地简介

　　广州南沙开发区位于广州的东南部，总规划面积544平方公里，是珠江三角洲的地理几何中心，有发达的交通及广阔的市场辐射力。目前，已初步形成了汽车、钢铁、造船、机械装备、石化、高新技术、港口物流以及现代服务业等八大产业基地。随着南沙工业化、城市化的快速推进，黄阁镇村级经济得到了快速发展。目前，黄阁镇村级经济发展用地已确权的总面积达8000多亩，分布在黄阁镇的14个村，有丰富的可供开发的土地资源。
