莲溪村

　　莲溪村位于黄阁镇中心偏西北，预留经济发展用地755亩，紧邻丰田汽车城，已完成规划。现有建筑面积达50000多平方米的产业工人生活区，可容纳5000人居住。莲溪休闲商业广场位于地铁4号线汽车城站出口，建筑面积达15700平方米，其商铺、写字楼正在招租。在建的项目还有东曹化工仓库项目。

　　Lianxi Village

　　Lianxi village is located in the northwest side of Huangge Town center, and total 755mu land has been reserved for economic development. It is right next to the Guangzhou Toyota Automobile Co., Ltd. So far, the whole industrial employees’ living area has been completed which could accommodate about 5,000 industrial employees. The village also has another project-the Lianxi Leisure Commercial Plaza which is near by the Toyota station of Guangzhou subway No.4 Line. The plaza has total building area of 15,700 square meters. All the stores and offices of the plaza are already for rent. Moreover, the Tosoh Chemical Storage project is under construction.
