坦尾村

　　坦尾村位于黄阁镇西南部，预留经济发展用地447亩，紧靠凤凰大道、京珠大道南，已完成规划。该地块靠近南沙区新行政中心，将以商业、酒店、商务办公为建设发展方向。目前，总占地209亩的商贸城项目正在筹建中，诚邀有意向客户合作开发，招商方向为商务中心、写字楼、商铺、超市、餐饮等。

　　Tanwei Village is in the southwest of Huangge Town. The 447mu of reserved land for economic development is right next to Fenghuang Avenue. This area has been appropriately planned for the long term development. This land is nearby the new CBD of Nansha District. Commerce centre, hotels and office buildings will play the main roles in plan of the future development in Tanwei village. So far, the commercial center is under construction with a total land area of 209mu. The major functions of this commercial center are for business offices, stores, supermarkets and restaurants.
